You're bidding on a used, excellent condition Mazda 1994 RX-7 (the best years for RX-7s were 1993-95). It is a twin-turbo with a Wankel rotary engine. The car has a little over 65,000 miles, all driven by a single owner. It was never driven outside California (San Diego to Agora, basically; so no snow, etc). It was always kept in a garage, and used only on weekends (not a daily commuter). Recently re-done: new headlights were installed about 3 years ago, a new battery and hoses were installed last year; this year, OEM body panels and paint (it had a few dings and dents on some body panels; the car was never in an accident), new wheels and tires, new windshield (old one had a crack), new leather interior (the stock, yellow vinyl didn't look so good––with Dynamat placed when seats were out to reduce road noise), and new custom carpeting and matts were installed. As you can see from the photos, the car is exceptionally clean, both inside and out. A/C works well, all upkeep was done at local Mazda dealership in Huntington Beach, CA. This same dealership checked out the car and found everything to be in excellent condition. Title is in hand. Aside from the original, sole owner adding a turbo timer (which runs engine for 90 sec after shut-off to cool down turbos; this is adjustable), no modifications were done to the engine. The original owner stopped driving the car last fall, and the car remained unused in the garage until it was restored. (The battery was kept trickled charged during the few months of disuse.) The original owner developed pneumonia over the holidays and passed and the end of January. I inherited the car and subsequently did the above restoration. The car has clean title and with the new license tags for California, a smog test was done. The car easily passed the stringent California smog requirements. The car is covered (gotta keep the dust off), and staying in my garage until sold. I drive it a few miles each weekend to keep it in shape. This auction is open to USA only. Here’s a true BARN FIND! 143,xxx original miles 2nd owner from late 90’s... transmission shifts great, zero drivetrain issues or weird noises. Everything works as it should (power windows, 12v outlet, heater, signals, all lights, radio/cd player, wipers, it all works) Has not been on roads since 2006!! Beautiful ‘93 Mazda rx-7 FD. Nice original body never wrecked has had new OEM Mazda headlight covers (tabs break) & front bumper re-painted with oem black. Oil cooler lines replaced with factory Mazda lines. New raybestos brake master cylinder installed along with full EBC “GD” series rotors & “yellow stuff” pads along with reciently rebuilt brake calipers, Fresh gloss black powdercoat on the OEM Mazda rx-7 Wheels mated to a set of sticky Toyo R888 tires to really set the look of the car. This has also recently had a tune up consisting of: NGK spark plugs, NGK Spark plug wires, New vacuum lines, Fresh engine oil flush & filters, Brake system fluid flush with high temp EBC brakes fluid, New High CCA Interatate battery. RX-7 has just had an entire detail consisting of cut/buff/wax exterior & a full steam clean and leather treatment for interior. Body has a few dings here and there but no major damage, rear bumper has the clearcoat peeling as well as the rear hatch spoiler has a bit of peeling. The rest of the car looks great. Drivers seat has some wear on left lumbar support from getting in an out of car, nothing major & something a seat repair shop could easily fix. Interior is 100% oem stock not missing any pieces like most rx-7’s from this era. Has an aftermarket Panasonic CD player installed back in the late 90’s and still works great. I've got a 1993 Mazda RX-7, w/79k miles, Twin Turbo, Automatic transmission. There's NO Loan/Lien on car, Clear Title in hand. Not interested in trades. Pros: New Greddy Intercooler, New Greddy Boost Controller, New Battery, 3 inch Apex Exhaust, New Sleek Headlights (need installed), New 18" wheels and tires. Cons: Car starts and runs, but needs struts, larger injectors (car stutters sometimes under hard acceleration), oil/coolant gauge light up but don't work, I think that problem is minor, a/c not working either. MAZDA RX7 TURBO Selling my 1994 Mazda RX7 touring single turbo. I know I will regret this badly later on, but at this time I have too many other projects and limited amount of space as well as budget. So Ive decided to let go. The car went through a total restoration a couple of years ago. Always kept in the garage and never driven in the rain or winter. I've owned it for just about 7 plus years and it's been amazing but I have driven it very little lately due to other projects as mentioned, with e30 m3 and other m cars in the works. Exhaust is just right for the car, a bit loud for perhaps one but not for others, so just right (however your neighbors will know when you arrive for sure).
